Learner Profile: K-8 classroom teachers who realize that coding is a critical and necessary skill for their students to learn and would like a platform to teach them without having to know coding themselves.
Learners will explore:
Schools globally are faced with challenges like never before: transitioning learning to an entirely digital space. This challenge however, is also an opportunity that wouldn’t exist without a workforce trained in coding. Coding is an essential piece of the infrastructure of our lives, but many teachers are reticent to teach it because they don’t feel confident in their knowledge of the skill. Additionally, teachers may already feel overwhelmed with transitioning to remote learning and are not ready to tackle a new challenge. This webinar will explore ubbu: a coding platform that is accessible to any teacher or student regardless of coding knowledge, as well as how ubbu can alleviate the stress teachers feel during remote learning, not add to it.
